Herzlia Matric Exhibition 2018
October 16th marks the opening of the annual Herzlia Grade 12 Art Exhibition at the South African Jewish Museum. For the past three years, the SAJM has played host to the final year Herzlia High School student art projects. This annual exhibition is a highlight for the local Jewish community, and serves to reinforce the strong bonds between the SAJM, Herzlia (Cape Town’s largest Jewish School) and the local Jewish community.
Led by their highly regarded art teacher, Lauren Palte, the Herzlia grade 12 art students have consistently delivered high-quality work that belies their age and experience. Last year’s exhibition saw three of the students receiving 100% for their final year Art grade, as well as being listed within the top 10 art students in the province.
We look forward to presenting the work of this year’s cohort whose work has maintained the high-standards we’ve come to expect from this excellent school.
Welcome Garde 12’s!
